What's included
- Discovery questionnaire the client completes before the first session (a ~15-minute deep dive on what they do, what they've tried, and where they're stuck). Free. Does not count against the four sessions.
- 30-minute discovery call to walk through the questionnaire and set priorities. Free. Does not count against the four sessions.
- Four 60-minute one-on-one coaching sessions
- First session online or in person in the Lima/Findlay area; later sessions in person where practical, online otherwise
- Personalized action items between each session so the client builds real habits, not just notes
- A short written roadmap at the end: which tools, which workflows, in what order
- Direct email access for quick questions between sessions
What's not included
- Done-for-you implementation (BeyondVivid running the workflows). See STR-RET or a custom retainer.
- Software subscriptions (Claude Pro, ChatGPT, etc.), paid directly by the client to the provider
- Custom-built automations, prompt libraries, or integrations beyond what's taught in session (quoted separately)
- Sessions beyond the four included (see AIC-HR)
