What's included

  • Dedicated tracking phone numbers, count varies by tier
  • Calls forwarded to the client's primary phone, so call experience is unchanged on the client side
  • Source attribution per call (which marketing channel produced the call)
  • Call recording available with client opt-in and required state-law notice handling
  • Monthly call summary report integrated with the client's overall attribution report
  • Number portability: tracking numbers are released to the client on request if the engagement ends

What's not included

  • The phone the calls forward to (client's existing line)
  • SMS or text marketing campaigns (separate SKU when added)
  • CRM integration beyond standard webhook delivery

Prerequisites

Active engagement with BeyondVivid that includes attribution reporting (proposal proof section, GBP-MGT, or PKG-CONTRACTOR/CONTRACTOR-STARTER bundle)

  • Starter (2 tracking numbers, 250 minutes pooled): $95/month
  • Standard (4 tracking numbers, 500 minutes pooled): $150/month
  • Advanced (8+ tracking numbers, unlimited pool): $275/month

Annual prepay available at 10% off any tier. Month-to-month with 30-day cancellation, no long-term contract required.

Tier-specific differences

  • Starter: typical contractor or single-location service business. Two numbers covers website + Google Business Profile attribution.
  • Standard: multi-channel campaigns, multi-location, or contractor businesses running paid ads alongside organic. Four numbers covers website + GBP + Google Ads + Facebook Ads.
  • Advanced: PKG-OMNI clients and multi-location businesses. Eight or more numbers, unlimited pooled minutes, plus higher call recording retention.
