- Shot list development based on the website or campaign brief
- On-site art direction during the shoot
- Image selection and basic post-shoot review with the client
- Delivery coordination: final images organized and named for use in the website or campaign
- Usage rights confirmed for web, print, and paid advertising
What's not included
- The photographer's fee (paid by the client directly to the photographer, or invoiced by BeyondVivid as a transparent pass-through)
- Hair, makeup, or styling
- Locations requiring permits (permit fees and arrangement are quoted separately)
- Drone or aerial photography (specialty add-on, separate quote)
- Final retouching beyond what the photographer includes (separate scope)
