Prerequisites

Active CTV campaigns (built by BeyondVivid via CTV-SETUP or audited and accepted)

  • Buy-Only (client provides video creative): $450/month OR 15% of monthly ad spend, whichever is greater
  • Full Managed (BeyondVivid coordinates production handoff): $750/month OR 15% of monthly ad spend, whichever is greater

Annual prepay on flat baseline at 10% off either tier (percentage applies as monthly overage when triggered).

How the pricing works

  • At ad spend up to ~$3,000/month (Buy-Only) or ~$5,000/month (Full Managed), the flat fee applies
  • Above those thresholds, 15% of spend applies
  • Plus ad spend, paid directly to streaming platforms by the client

  • Daily campaign monitoring across selected platforms
  • Audience refinement based on completion rates and reach data
  • Platform mix optimization (shifting budget between Hulu, Roku, Peacock, etc. based on performance)
  • Monthly performance report including completion rate, reach, frequency, and attributed conversions
  • Quarterly strategy review
  • Direct support channel

Tier-specific differences

  • Buy-Only: client provides the finished video commercial. BeyondVivid reviews for spec compliance and rejects creative that won't pass platform review, but the production is the client's responsibility.
  • Full Managed: BeyondVivid coordinates the production engagement (typically via VID-SHORT or VID-LONG), handles handoff between the production team and the ad platforms, and manages creative refreshes. Video production is quoted separately under VID-SHORT or VID-LONG; this management tier covers the coordination overhead.
