  • Audio production for pre-recorded spots (script, voice talent, mixing). Quoted separately at $400-$800 per spot depending on complexity. May be bundled into a future AUD-PROD SKU.
  • New campaign builds beyond what's running (see POD-SETUP)

Prerequisites

Active podcast ad campaigns (built by BeyondVivid via POD-SETUP or audited and accepted)

  • Programmatic (pre-recorded spots, network-distributed): $400/month OR 15% of monthly ad spend, whichever is greater
  • Host-Read (per-campaign management): starting at $800 per campaign plus 15% of host fees

Annual prepay on Programmatic at 10% off (percentage applies as monthly overage when triggered). Host-Read is quoted per campaign; volume discounts available for 3+ host-read campaigns booked in the same engagement.

How the pricing works

Programmatic:

  • At ad spend up to ~$2,667/month, the $400 flat applies
  • Above that, 15% of spend applies
  • Plus ad spend, paid directly to the podcast platform or network by the client
  • Minimum recommended ad spend: $200/month (the practical floor for programmatic platforms like Podbean)

Host-Read:

  • Per-campaign management fee covers show research and outreach, host fee negotiation, script approval coordination, scheduling, performance tracking, and reporting
  • 15% of host fees passed through to BeyondVivid as a coordination margin (host fee itself paid directly by the client to the show)
  • Host fees vary widely: small regional shows start around $100-$500 per episode, mid-tier shows run $1,000-$5,000, large shows go higher

Tier-specific differences

  • Programmatic: monthly retainer for ongoing campaign management across a network of shows. Best for reach-focused campaigns and channel testing.
  • Host-Read: per-campaign engagement for sponsorships where the host reads the ad in their own voice. Higher trust transfer, longer lead time, per-show negotiation. Best for service businesses where the host's endorsement carries weight.
