What's not included
- Google Workspace subscription fees (paid directly by the client to Google)
- Custom development with Apps Script or third-party add-ons (quoted as scope additions)
- Endpoint management (Chrome OS, mobile device management beyond standard MDM enrollment)
- Compliance audits or e-discovery support (specialty work, quoted)
Prerequisites
Active Google Workspace subscription. WKS-SETUP recommended but not required if the client already has a working Workspace deployment.

- Standard: monitoring, reactive support, and one proactive change per month (new user setup, group reorganization, etc.); 6 to 15 users
- Advanced: active management with proactive optimization, monthly review meeting; 16 to 50 users
