What's included
- Google Workspace account provisioning at the client's domain
- Custom email addresses for each user (firstname@yourbusiness.com format or as requested)
- Migration of existing email from current provider (Gmail, Outlook, Yahoo, GoDaddy, etc.)
- Calendar, Drive, and Meet configured for the team
- DNS records configured: MX, SPF, DKIM, DMARC for proper deliverability
- Aliases and group addresses set up (info@, sales@, support@, etc.)
- Mobile device configuration support for each user
- Training session covering the basics
What's not included
- Google Workspace subscription fees (paid directly by the client to Google)
- Migration of more than 5 years of email history (quoted as an extension)
- Custom Google Workspace add-ons or third-party app integrations
